Girls Recreational Gymnastics
Our Recreational Gymnastics Program teaches strength, flexibility and balance by jumping, running, stretching, rolling, cartwheels, backbends, handstands, front handsprings, back handsprings, casts, backhip circles, sole circles, and tap swings on the uneven bars, balance beam, trampoline, and floor exercise using incline mats, octagons, and back handspring drills.
The progressive recreational gymnastics program, for kids ages 5 years and up, introduces and continues the skill-building blocks for gymnastics development.
